How to Unf*ck a Bad Week

So your week went off the rails.

You didn’t stick to your habits.

Work sucked.

You scrolled more than you slept.

And now you’re tempted to write the whole thing off.

I do this alllll the time.

Sound familiar?

Here’s what you don’t need:

To “start over.”

To punish yourself.

To turn next week into some military-level reset.

Trust me, this never works.

Here’s what you do need:

A 10% course correction…

Not a meltdown.

Here’s your easy reset plan:

1. Cut the guilt.

Seriously.

No “I’m a failure” sh*t.

The world is grim enough these days to be talking badly to yourself.

Things could be 100x worse.

You had a rough patch. You’re allowed.

What really matters is what you do next.

2. Reset your space.

Not your whole life — just your immediate environment.

For example:

  • Clear your desk

  • Put your clothes away

  • Throw out the energy drink cans and snack bags

This small act tells your brain: we’re back in control.

You’d be surprised how much better you’d feel if you just do something small like tidy your room.

  1. Pick one “anchor” habit.

Not five. Not ten.

One.

The one that makes you feel like you’ve got your sh*t together.

For example:

  • Go to bed on time

  • Drink 2L of water

  • Get outside before noon

For me this is going to the gym.

If I’ve ate like shit, or drinking the night before etc.

If I go to gym the next day, it takes all that guilt away.

🧠 Remember!

One bad week doesn’t erase your progress.

One bad day doesn’t ruin your diet. (For example. you need to eat 3500 excess calories to gain 1lb of fat.)

You don’t need perfection — you need a way to bounce back faster.

So stop spiralling.

Start resetting.

This helps me massively and I use this tips all the time.

Get back on the horse ya legend.

P.S. Hit reply — what’s your one non-negotiable habit this week?

I’ll share a few next time (anonymously, don’t worry)
