This Week’s Thoughts. 💭

I’ve been thinking about better ways to grow this page, and specifically the newsletter.

Since I am technically in the self-development space, I should probably start creating content about routines, healthy eating, gym at 5 am etc.

But that would look like the other 500,000 accounts, and it’s so fake.

I want to create personal content without making myself out like I am some unbelievably disciplined person.

Cause I’m not.

And neither are half the people you watch every day setting up tripods to video themselves waking up.

It’s all bullshit.

Just a normal guy who has developed some habits to make myself happier, healthier and wealthier than I’ve ever been.

If one person reads one of these emails and gains some sort of value from anything, I’m a happy man.

Ain’t Nothing Wrong With Being Bored 🥱

When was the last time you were truly bored?

Like, just sitting there with nothing to do—no phone, no distractions, just your thoughts?

If you’re like most people, probably not recently.

We’ve trained ourselves to fill every tiny gap in our day with something—scrolling, music, podcasts, checking emails for no reason.

The second we feel even a little restless, we reach for stimulation.

But here’s the thing: boredom isn’t a problem.

It’s useful.

Take a couple of minutes every day to just be bored.

I personally do this when I’m driving, or walking a short distance from point A to point B.

This is not sitting in a room doing absolutely nothing I’m not a psycho.

Just take a short break, it’s actually very peaceful.

May seem obvious, but a lot of people spend all day everyday consuming stimulation and information.

Our brain is not designed for that.
